Suitable candidates are those who are unable to form their chest after exercised or they have chest deformity or they have Poland syndrome etc.
After consultation, Dr. Amin Yousaf would evaluate the shape of your chest, muscular structure; he would observe the pectoralis muscles by palpating it on relaxation and forced contraction. Finally, Dr. Amin Yousaf would also like to see the status of the skin and subcutaneous tissues including fat or adipose. Pectoral Implant Procedure
Pectoral implant for men is approximately two hour procedure and is performed at our clinic in Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Amin Yousaf would mark incision site along axilla (armpit) so scar is hidden, scar length is 4 to 6 cm. After incision, a pocket is created behind pectoralis muscle with the help of electrrocautery and lighted retractor. After creation of proper pocket, it is washed with antibiotic soaked solution and implant is inserted into pocket by NO TOUCH TECHNIQUE.
